Since league play has started, Ringette Alberta has had to deal with an alarming number of Match Penalty infractions. Match penalties are physical infractions, which are different from Misconduct penalties (verbal).

This is a noticeable increase from previous seasons, and because of that, Ringette Alberta would like to encourage everyone to review the True Sport Principles.
