Session 3
Formerly Provincial Playdowns
U14-19 Divisions Session 3 cost is $1150/team.
Teams will send payment to their local associations and associations will then send 1 payment to the CRL.
Payment due date is Jan 31.
- All teams must be prepared to play over the school break.
- Most games will be played on the weekends with some games played during the week.
- Once the schedule is populated, it will be considered final.
- Teams must be prepared to travel and possibly stay overnight.
- Schedules will be populated 7 days prior to each division’s start.
| U14A | 1 pool top 4 teams advance to provincials in Ft McMurray |
| U14B | 2 pools top 3 teams from each pool advance to provincials in Medicine Hat. If Medicine Hat claims one of 3 spots then the next highest ranking team in that pool will advance |
| U14C | 2 pools top 3 teams advance to provincials in Sherwood Park the 4th place teams will play each other for the final spot |
| U16A | 1 pool top 3 teams advance to Provincials in Red Deer |
| U16B | 2 pools top 3 teams from each pool advance to provincials in Medicine Hat. If Medicine Hat is in the top 3 the next highest team in that pool will advance |
| U16C | 1 pool top 4 teams to provincials in Sherwood Park |
| U19A | 2 pools top 2 teams from each pool advance to provincials in Red Deer |
| U19B | 2 pools top 3 teams from each pool advance to provincials in Ft Mc Murray |
The Session 3 Technical Manual was produced jointly between Ringette Alberta, the Black Gold League, and the Chinook Ringette League to ensure equity for qualification for Provincials is maintained across the province.
